About us
A simpler way to reach local plumbers
Hiring a plumber usually means calling around while something is leaking. Pro US Plumbers lets you describe the problem once and passes it to independent plumbers in your area, who can contact you directly.

How it works
Requests in, independent plumbers out
Pro US Plumbers collects plumbing requests from homeowners and businesses. Each one is passed to independent plumbing contractors in the area, who decide whether they can help and, if so, contact you directly.
The plumber, not Pro US Plumbers, does the work, sets the price, holds the licence and insurance, and stands behind the result. Any quote, appointment, warranty or invoice is an agreement between you and that plumber.
For a homeowner the benefit is one form instead of a dozen phone calls. For a business with several sites it is the same: one place to send each request. We are at an early stage, so availability varies by area and we cannot promise a response time.
What you can expect from us
Four things we will and will not do
One request, no obligation
Send it once and it reaches plumbers in your area. You can ignore every reply, so there is no pressure to hire anyone.
We say what we are
Pro US Plumbers is a referral service. We are not a plumbing contractor, we do not send our own technicians, and we say so on every page.
You see who gets your details
Your request goes to independent plumbing contractors, and the privacy policy says exactly that, including that contractors may pay us for referrals.
We do not set or promise prices
Every plumber quotes their own price. We do not set prices, guarantee them, or promise how quickly anyone will respond.
Licensing & insurance
Checking is part of hiring
Pro US Plumbers is a referral service, not a plumbing contractor, and does not perform plumbing work. The plumbers you hear from are independent and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing and workmanship. Plumbing licences are issued by states and some cities, so ask any plumber for their licence number and proof of insurance before work starts, and check the licence with your state licensing board. A plumber who is reluctant to show either is telling you something.
Something leaking, blocked or not heating?
Send one request describing the problem. Independent local plumbers can contact you directly with their availability and price, and you choose whether to hire any of them.
